I just upgraded from 604 Series 3 to Nautilus 802's and I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on how they will sound with the RB-1090?? I also use the RC-1090 pre-amp, Monster Reference 2600 power conditioner, Sony XA-20ES CD player and Sony C333ES Super Audio CD player and very good bi-wire cables. My room is irregular but roughly 21x17. Thanks for the feedback and when the 802's arrive I will post some pic's of the whole system!

Outstanding is my view - I've been lucky enough to hear this combo and the 1090 really makes the 802s sing as it has the current to burn that the 802s love ... IMO you need to be spending a lot more (and have very high quality source components) to better this combo...

Dan, my dealer has the n802's and 1090 amp combo. It sounds great!
It's the system I use when evaluating source componants, wire, etc.
It's good you picked an amp with lot's of power. The n802's love it!

I'm very, very, very pleased with my RC-1090 and RB-1090 combo. The build quality is excellent and the sound is STUNNING! Sounds as good as Amps 5x to 6x it's cost! And that's no joke! I was so pleased witht the sound quality, I bought another RC-1090/RB-1090 combo for another area for a second system!
You will love it!
This combo still amazes me how good it sounds! It sounds so good, it really makes you feel good!
