Rotel and Infinity Kappa 600 - Opinions??

Ah was looking around for a Nice forum to ask a question and I seem to have found it

Ok here goes..

I have Infity Kappa 600 Speakers and i was thinking of buying Rotel Processor the 1068 or 1098 and RMB-1095.

Ok to the questions..

1. Do Rotel work good with Infinity Speakers or should I look for something else?

2. So is there any major difference in sound quality in 1068 and 1098? Or are you just paying for that damn overized TFT

You can say I am a total Newb when it comes to this so bare with me but I am obssest by Music and Home Theater

I believe people have said that the 1098 does in fact sound better. The bass control on it is much better. I don't have it, but I'm thinking of picking it up here soon...

I heard the 1098 had a problem with a buzz sound in the background?

You are probably referring to the 1095 amplifier having the buzz. It's a known problem, but easily fixed, I love my 1095 and fixed the buzz/hum issue in 2 seconds.

I as well plan to get the 1098 when money permits

Many people report they actually sound more similar then not but the 1098 does have an edge sonically. I haven't heard the 1068 to compare it to my 1098 so I can't say for sure one way or the other..what I can say is can't go wrong with either unit

Oh well bought the RSP-1068 and RMB-1095 today, Got it for 5,000 $, 1,200$ Discount

Just hope it works good with my Infinity Speakers hehe
