When listening to a CD in PCM 2CH the receiver doesnt utilize my subwoofer even tho it DOES display the LFE icon on the front display.
How do i fix this?

You probably have your front speakers set to "Large", which makes it not use the sub.
So, set your fronts to small and it will use the subwoofer.
Or you can use the subwoofer's crossover by setting the subwoofer level to "MAX" for stereo mode. Keep the fronts on large. -
