    Connection on RSP-1068 / RMB-1075

So if I went with the 1068 and 1075. I'm going to connect the front, center and rear to the 1075. Where do I connect the sub? Would I have to get another amp? Would I be better getting the RSX-1056 and 1075 instead?

There are SUB1 and SUB2 pre outs on the 1068. Run one of these to your subwoofer (I am assuming you have an active subwoofer). Don't think you are any better off with a 1056 and a 1075.

you are right, my sub has its own amp and volume control. Going have to figure why one would go rsp-1068 vs rsx-1056.

        Loup,

Why one would choose the RSX-1056 (plus the RB-1080, in my case) over the RSP-1068? For me, I need Zone 2 speakers in the kitchen. I'll use the 1080 for the front speakers and redirect the fronts on the 1056 as Zone 2 for the kitchen. Hope this helps.

I concur with Bob U. The 1056 is also $400.00 cheaper.

yeah, i think I'll go with the 1056 and I get the upgrade itch (with wife approval), I'll grab the 1098 later down the road.

              Preamp choices: RSP1068 or RSX1056 or AVR3805?
              by csuzor
Is the better choice the RSP1068 or RSX1056 for pre-amp duty?

I will add the RMB1066 (in bi-amp mode) or the RMB1075.

              by wywong
              Hi
I am looking to upgrade my speaker to 804S and HTM4 using the Rotel RMB1075/RSP1068 to drive it. I normally listen to CD (bypass mode) and DVD concert music. Anyone know whether he rotel rmn 1075 can drive the 804S. I also have a REL 201 sub in my system. When I listen to the 804S speaker...

              RSP1068 problem
              by wywong
Hi, my 4 yrs old rotel rsp1068/rmb1075 suddenly drop the right front channel yesterday. I switch the RSP1068 pre-out right and left front connection and the problem will move from right to left. So it definitely mean it is not a cable or rmb1075 amp issue. I try power cycle, unplug the power and wait,...

              RMB1075 Vs RMB1095
              by Dmantis
I'm going Rotel soon and I'm wondering if anyone has done side by side 1075 vs the 1095?

              I'm leaning towards the 1095. I'm gonna be running Dynaudio Audience 82's , 122 center , 42W rears. I have Polk Lsi 15 , LsiC and Lsi/Fx currently.

I have heard the Audience 72's...

              As the topic says...

Is it possible to bi-amp RMB1075 with zone 2?

I have RSP1068/RMB1075 kombo and i have connected Front Left/Right as usual... but what happens if i connect zone 2 Left/Right output to RMB1075 Left/Right surround and bi-amp the speakers?
