    Ref 30 Stuck on Please Wait

    Has anyone come across this problem with their Ref Systems?
    I turned it on today and now the Ref 30 is stuck on Please Wait.

    I tried to do a reboot and not luck. Unplugged it and plugged it back in and no luck. I guess I have to call B&K
