Ref 30 volume will not increase above -15

I know this is the 50... sitebut maybe they are similar enough to get an answer.

I have a ref 30 that the volume has gotten low on. There is no difference between -15 and +15 on my spl meter. I am unable to balance the spl on my speakers now. As I lower the volume below -15 I notice a corresponding decrease, but as I increase the volume above -15 there is not a corresponding increase.

    Help Please.

by the way the dynamic range setting is normal; it was one of the first things checked.

Wow! I may have to download a manual and check it, but there is a screen in the setup menu to set a maximum level on the zone 1 volume control, and it sounds as if this was somehow set to -15dB. Check the Advanced menu.

have you checked the advanced set-up in the menu to see what your max volume is set at? that's the first thing to check. sorry if im stating the obvious and youve already done that.

A reset to factory settings fixed it.

A reset to factory settings fixed it. Thanks for the responses.
