    RSX1055 stuck in zone 2 ... help please

    My rsx 1055 was working fine 2 days ago. Turned in on today and it's stuck in zone 2. No display excpet for zone light ...

    No audio from fron

    Hitting the zone button actually toggles the power on and off !

    I re-flashed with the latest software and have the same results.

    Is there a hardware reset sequence other than re-flashing ?

    Any help appreciated ....

      Yes do a factory reset in the menu. If that doesn't do it call your Rotel dealer and have it looked at.

          Stuck in zone 2 ... help

          Can't get to the menu to do the factory reset.

          Nothing is displayed on the video monitor or on the front panel display except the zone light.

          If you press the zone button and then hit a source that works. If you hit the zone button again, the rotel power toggles on and off.

              Ah that would be a problem! Take it back to the dealer.

                  I have a Rotel RSX 1560. My setup is 5.1 and I do not have Center Back speakers. I want to configure the receiver so that I can use the two Center Back amps to power speakers in my backyard - as Zone 2. I can't seem to get it to work.
