        Hi,

The Halo P3 / Halo A21 combo is very good, especially when you compare price/quallity. Before I bought the Parasound combo I had a Rotel RSP 1066 + RB 1090. The Parasound stuff is a lot better imho .

Fact is that I want to built up a very good stereo setup before I buy an C2 or C1 + 2 x an A21. Most stuff is done, now I am on the look out for some new speakers. At the moment the Thiel CS2.4 is on position nr. 1 .

        Regards,

Buy a C2 now and use the Zone 2 outputs for the 2-ch stereo, best of both.

            Hi,

We compared the P3 en the C2 stereo performance, there was just a slight difference .

New press release just came out. FINALLY! I know a couple of our club members here have been waiting for this one for a while.

There's a few things about this final release model that I find interesting:
              - I like that it has TWO multichannel analog inputs, not just...

              Stereo PreAmp Review: RC-1082 V RC-1070
              by miket
              Hi,
I just wanted to give a few comments on the RC-1082 that I obtained recently. I moved my RC-1070 to my bedroom system and replaced it with an RC-1082 in the main system.

              1. Overall the difference is very noticeable, more so than I thought. I had figured that the weakest link...

Parasound Halo P3 vs Rotel RC-1090/1082 preamp
              by TommyV
I am thinking about upgrading my stereo preamp. Right now I have a Parasound NC 2100 that I really like feature wise but if I was up upgrade, which would be a better replacement. I am already a fan of Rotel but am fast becoming a fan of Parasound as well. I have a Rotel 1050 amp but am considering upgrading...

Just got my new Halo equipment WOW!
              by RandyL999
My previous system had a Yamaha RX-V3000 receiver that I used as a processor, with a Yamaha MX-830 driving the left/right channels, and a pair of Amber Series 70 amps (c. 1978!) on the center/rears.

Speakers are Martin Logan Ascents, Theater, Descent, and Boston Acoustics in wall for...
