    avc2500 emulator question

    Alright,

    What the heck is this program and how does one use it?

    Not very detailed instructions on the web site to say the least.

      It's basically "remote control by PC". Hook up your PC and AVC-2500 with an RS-232 cable, and the rest should be pretty much self explanatory...

      The software does not seem to provide any useful standalone features . You have to provide an RS-232 link between your computer and AVC-2500 in order for things to work right (and make sense).
