I just purchased a pair of JC1's from my cousin. I have never heard them but took his word they are wonderful. Only 10 months old. Anyone have a chance to hear these? They will be powering a pair of B&W Nautilus 802's through a Proceed AVP-2 and a Sony SCD-1.

Welcome to HT Guide and Club Parasound, Dan! :banana: If you purchased these without any trial and haven't hooked them up yet, you're in for a TREAT! I'm impressed with my C1 A51 and A21 with my other equipment. But you going with a pair of JC-1's and your other equipment will blow you away! The JC-1's really are a class above.

Happy isn't even close! I cannot believe two things- one that this is a Parasound product and secondly that a pair is only 6k. Simply the finest amps I have ever heard!! Better than Krell and Levinson. Only sound that comes close is Jeff Rowland Design Group. What a product!!!:B It's all about the MUSIC!!!Comment

Is it truth that Parasound raises the price of JC1s to 7000USD per pair? Some people from audio forums around claim this is true, since confirmed by certain dealers...

I am looking forward to purchasing the Proceed AVP2. I've heard other Proceed equipment but never the AVP2.
I've always liked what I've heard.
