    12v control cable

Can someone point me to the correct cable/adapters on partsexpress or radioshack.com to use to control my c2, A52 and t3?

    Thanks.

    The C2 output uses a 3.5mm plug. The A51 and T3 in/out uses 2.5mm plugs

You need one cable with a 3.5mm plug in one end and a 2.5mm plug in the other end. (C2 to T3). Then you need another cable with 2.5mm plugs in both ends (T3 to A51)

The Parts Express items you need are:
    3 090-328 2.5mm mono sub mini plug $0.87
    1 090-290 3.5mm mono mini plug $0.29
    1 100-124 24 GA clear wire 50 FT $2.95

Of course this requires that you have access to a soldering iron since these connectors require soldering...

        Peter,

Is there a better source for cables that are already complete?

        Thank again,

        Elmer

Yeah, I was going to say, my components came with the cables. I can't remember if it was the C1, A51, A21, or all of the above.

Well, we're safe for now. Thank goodness we're in a bowling alley.

The C1/C2 come with two 3.5mm<=>2.5mm cables. All other components come with one 2.5mm<=>2.5mm cable each.

Well I am finally taking the plunge into SACD and DVD-A with the help of Outlaw's ICBM. What I would like to do, instead of using the supplied cable, is buy a higher quality cable with a DB-25 connection on one end and MALE RCA plugs on the other. This would allow be to plug the cable directly into...

I'm wanting to use some Eichmann bayonet plugs in my system. I've done a bit of looking into them and they seem to be a very innovative design with a firm ethos on how the transfer of the audio signals should be undertaken.

They say in their literature to silver solder the speaker cable...

Custom RCA to 1/4 mono subwoofer cable ?
                  by Jerm357
I want to make a subwoofer cable with a RCA connector and a 1/4 mono plug. I am planning to use a old MonsterBass™ 300 Subwoofer cable and use the one of the RCA on it and cut an end off and solider a 1/4 mono plug on the other end. Now the question is what a good 1/4 mono plug that will fit on this...
