Strolled by the newsstand (or newsagent, being an international community here) during my lunch break and glanced some of the hi-fi rags. Anyway, I saw that the 704 made TAS's Recommended Speakers List at the US$2500 price range. So, I took a look at TAS's original review of the speakers (in March '04) at the B&W website. There, I noticed the 704 has gotten really good press everywhere, the common word being they are very detailed, open/transparent, and tight, if not deep, in the bass region.
