I'm new to this website and hope someone can help. I recently aquired a set of DM602's and one of them has no bass responce. I have taken it apart and all the connections seem intact, so I believe it is driver related. Any wisdom?

Do you have a digital voltmeter/multitester? If you do, set it to the resistance/ohms setting, disconnect the woofer from the crossover and then put the meter leads on the woofer's terminals. Do you get a reading of under 10 ohms or so? If so, the driver is good and the problem is the crossover. If it reads high or infinite/over, the driver is bad. -

What are the implications of not placing Standmount speakers B&W DM602 S3 on stands.
Currently my budget does not allow for $200+ sturdy stands for speakers. Where else can you place these speakers and still get good response. Please, your insights are appreciated.

I picked up my new B&W DM602 S3s today. It was a gift from my wife for my birthday! Since I don't think we have enough pictures in this forum, I decided to take quite a few!
The stands are B&W STAV20s. Fit perfectly!
