Has any one compared the 800Diamond and 800D in cherry color in the brochure the cherry is lighter

My Nautilus 805's were the cherry wood color.
My set of 804S are rosenut.
One thing I noticed is that the wood does not have the same texture.
The cherry wood of the 805 was silky smooth to touch. I never added any liquids and oils. Always cleaned it with just a microfiber... -
Well folks the debate about the crossovers used in the D models of B&W’s newest 800 Series speakers rages on with renewed life. Thanks to the photo Race Car Driver dug up in another thread showing the crossover network in the base of the 802D plinth proves different crossover components are used... -
Well the problems aren't with the speakers per say....
I have a set of red cherry N803s and HTM1 sitting here.... and I REALLY Like that color
Especially in my room.
However I already have light cherry N802s, light cherry htm1, and am picking up a light cherry asw 855...... -

OK here's a challenge for you guys. I have the N803 fronts and an HTM1 center all in the older Red Cherry color. They sound wonderful and look gorgeous.
