    B&W ASW 610 connection

    Dear all,
This is my first time visiting this forum and I hope that I'm on right place for getting help.
I've build two monoblocks based on Pass schematics (http://www.kk-pcb.com/alephx.html) and they are driving B&W CM1. I would like to add ASW 610 subwoofer. Preamp is also made by my self, and has MANUAL VOLUME control. Preamp is also from PASS LABS, ALEPH P1.7, and has a balanced connection to amplifiers.
Is there any problem if I connect output from amplifiers to Speaker IN at ASW 610 side????

    Regards,
    Toni

No there won't be a problem with connecting the speaker inputs. The line level input will probably sound better but the speaker inputs will work just fine.

B&W 610 subwoofer and sonos setup

        Hi everyone,
I recently put a bedroom system up consisting of a pair of B&W 685's and a 610 sub, I am using a sonos 120 to drive the system. The sonos amp is rated at 55 watts/channel and states that it will "recognize" when a sub is connected and direct frequency through it's...

        ASW 825 problem
        by misterdoggy
Well I had some more problems with low current affecting both my lexicon mc12B and Levinson preamp 326S.

Now I've just noticed the 825ASW is not working. The Amp powers on, shows green light of the signal coming to the Sub but no sound. Tried different cables no result. Sent Calibration...

Is there a major Sonic difference between ASW 855 and ASW 850 Subs????
        by chinets
        Hi Ya'll,
As a current owner of a ASW 850 Sub and adding another one for serious HT and Music bass. Would an ASW 855 Have a different Sonic sound or obvious difference in sound than my current ASW 850, because my dealer said he had a perfect condition ASW 850 at half the price of the ASW 855...

Which goes with 685's better, 608 or 610 sub?
        by PM5K
My room is pretty small, 12x15x8. I like that the 608 is smaller physically, and I'm sure power wise it's probably okay for the room size, but in terms of the quality and level of 685's, is the 608 still good or would it go more with 686's?

The biggest spec that stood out to me is that...
