Grumble bum here. Great sound, pity about the pictures. I'm going to send you on an errand. Hop on your bicycle down to the projector shop and buy yourself a decent projector and roll down screen (an automatic one might be best as it looks a bit squeezy for space up the front there with those speaker thingys what you have :-) )
That plasma looks silly up there, too small and too high.
Off you go, and quick about it.Mac 8gb SSD Audirvana ->Weiss INT202 firewire interface ->Naim DAC & XPS2 DR->Conrad Johnson CT5 & LP70S-> Vivid B1s. Nordost Valhalla cables & resonance management. (Still waiting for Paul Hynes PS:M)

WOW!!! That is an amazing set-up! :T
Just a question, do you actually "feel" the ASW-825 sub behind your sofa, like one of those ButtKicker set-ups?- Bottom

Yes, indeed. It feels like a buttkicker, although I have a small problem with it in the mean time, the sub does not power off as the rest does and there is a slight hum in the speaker even without a music signal.Originally posted by KyaDawnWOW!!! That is an amazing set-up! :T

by dan87951I'm thinking the new CM series would look great up stairs powered on a backup system however B&W sites really stinks for pictures of these beautiful speakers. Anyone have any they could share so I can get an idea of color and finish. Unforuntely the nearest B&W dealer doesn't stock them.-

by ClintonHHi guys, new to the DIY audio world and would like some direction on a DIY home theater setup if you don't mind. I finished my theater a few weeks ago and love the setup minus some of the Audio. I went cheap on it as I bought everything at once and the wife limited the budget. After watching a few movies...-

Perhaps less of a build thread and more of a setup thread as the build is more or less finished and I'm not much of a cameraman. I still need to do the veneer work, but was eager to listen for a few weeks before I began that.
I deviated from the prescribed plans in a few spots; I shortened...-
