    Hi Robert,

I own one ASW750 and it fills my 27L x 15W x 10H room nicely. However I suppose that two would fill it even more nicely...

thanx for info nigel, is your room on a concrete floor or on standard floor joists, which would make a big difference

        Floorboards (with rugs) over joists.

Two will always be better than 1.

I have two SVS PB13 Ultras and it is not an overkill, just allows you to balance things better.

Two isn't always better than 1, but in many setups it is. Depending especially on room and crossover point only having 1 subwoofer might be apparent to the listener. I quit using my sub for this reason and because I was too cheap to buy another sub.

Honestly OP, unless you are getting a deal on buying two at once I would buy one and try it out. If you feel that you need more bass or you don't like the directionality of it try out the second one.

As the 750 is a closed-box front-firing sub it works just fine.

I own a ASW750, for me it´s one of the best subs i´ve ever heard! I don´t know about 2 of them! All i can say is: taste and try, before you buy!!

                            Hello,

I am the owner of a pre-owned 5.2 set consisting only of B&W 700 series speakers colored in pretty rosenut; amongst which 2 ASW750s. Now, sadly, one of my ASW750s has died. When I was using it recently it was playing at lower volumes but now when i turn it on theres no sound...

I am planning on doing some tweaks to my second system (different house), and was looking for some help. Currently have 703 fronts, HTM3S center, and two ASW750 subs. Have not been able to run wires yet for surrounds, and I'm kind of enjoying music more without them. The room is 32'x18'x24'ceilings,...

Help ! B&W Speakers to match ASW750 Sub
                            by ac81017
Hello, I have a asw750 sub and I want a real good pair of speakers to match. I´m looking at 805´s 703´s and maybe even the new 683´s!

I can´t demo the asw750 at my local store because they don´t have any in stock. My other major problem is that I live far away from the store and...

I recently finished building our new house, and am now getting ready to finish construction on the theater below the garage. The three car garage floor is a 3" concrete slab on top of wood framing, and under that is a 8'7" high space with a poured concrete slab, that houses the house mechanicals...

I am checking out the B&W ASW750 and the Velodyn DD10 to go with my B&W 750/HTM7. The saleman at a local stereo store told me that the ASW750 is a little bit better but it has to be placed at the right position for the best sound. The DD10 can be placed anywhere and then can be programmed...
