Touching up Black 800 Series + new parts

looking at a pair of Black 804, with some tiny nicks. Can the paint or stain be touched up with anything for a really good match?

Also, the black plastic tube of the tweeter has paint on it, can it be replaced.

Try an indelible black magic marker.
