I need some help in making a decision. I have a pair of CM1 speakers that I am using as mains for a two channel system . I am quite happy with the sound that I get. My Electronics are as follows
NAD-C272 Power amp 150watt
NAD-C162-Pre Amp
NAD -C521Bee CD Player
Boston Acoustics-PV700... -
has anyone tested the cm1´s?? Or even better, does anyone have a pair in there home??
I´m looking to upgrade, the 805s are a bit pricey fro a family man with a wife who counts every penny!! SO, I´ve read a few review on the cm1´s, they seem very nice, and close to the 805 in sound??... -
B&W writes that "[t]he CM1 mini-monitor was designed and developed in tandem with the 805s from the 800 Series and shares that model’s driver and crossover technology, along with its remarkable musical ability."
Has anyone auditioned the 805S and the CM1 side by side?... -
I bought CM1 few years ago becouse i was impressed from the sound for such a small speaker, and use them as a rears for a while. After that i upgrade the rears with 805s to be match for my 803s/htm3s.... More then one year Cm1 was boxed ... Few weeks ago i decided to organize my work room (3m x 4,5m)... -
