just wondering which receiver from denon would be great to run these 602 s3's, looking for around the 300-500 dollar ranges. Also if anyone with experience in running certain receivers with the 602 s3 would help greatly!! I am wanting only denon's and maybe rotels.

I'd agree. I've owned a couple of different denons and a couple of different Rotels, and Rotel is simply a better product, imo. I'm not bashing Denon - I do currently have a Denon receiver in my HT and it functions fine there, but I think Rotel is usually better engineered.Originally posted by akhter

I have the opportunity to buy some B&W DM7s. As we all know, they are B&W flagship speakers from the late 70s and early 80s. My father still uses them as his fronts.
I can pick them up for $300. Or I can buy some new 602 S3s for $600.

As much as I love my 602 S3s, I am thinking about upgrading to the XT2s. My wife and I have recently moved into a house with a smaller living room and we feel the 602 S3s are a bit too big.
What does everyone think of the XT2s? I have not seen too many reviews on them.

I have 602 S3 bookshelves right now.. and love them. However, its time to upgrade.
