I have 603s3's which i may upgrade in 4-6 mos,using rotel rsx1056.I have decided that i'll probably get an amp in the near future since i'm going to need it anyways.I've narrowed(sort of) my choices to 4 diiferent amps which i would like your opinions or insights on.Sunfire cinema grand(5 ch),rotel rmb 1075(5 ch),parasound a21(2 ch) and rotel rb1080(2 ch).Speakers i have not decided completely on but really like the 804's.Everything i intend to get will be in the used mkt even the speakers.Hope some of you are wiling to help me out.

About two years ago I was running a pair of N804s off a Rotel RB-1080.
This is a good set up, but will realistically require some type of sub to add to the lower end where the 804s fall a bit short.
While I have moved on from the 804s and the RB-1080, I did keep the 1080 to one day power a larger center channel speaker for my HT system.

I just bought a 1068/1075 combo and I am loving it. It's a huge upgrade over the Onkyo reciever I was using. Home theater and music (stereo) both sound great. I was considering adding the RB1080 for my front speakers. I have decent speakers (Polk Audio-RT55s, CS400, FX500s and PSW650...need to upgrade... -
