    802d - biamp w/Bryston or get Classe

I am considering on getting a Bryston 4BSST and 6BSST for 802D but the cost will be around that of a Classe 5200. Any opinions?

I have the HTM2D with the 805's which are currently being run by Bryston 9b.

I have a set of two 7B SST running my front 802s - in my opinion - the best combination I have heard.

how are you doing that caleb? 9b is 3-5 channels, so even if you bi-wire, you'd still have a channel left. not criticizing, just curious. im ordering a 9b in july for my surround speakers.

Sorry mate - a bit of finger trouble on the old keyboard - 7B SST should have been - just edited the mistake - thanks for spotting it.

            Class CAM 350 vs Bryston 14B ST with B&W 802N - opinion
            by amdan
My local dealer had a couple of Classe CAM 350 monoblocks for sale and was kind enough to allow me to home trial. The only reason I trialed them was the loyal Classe following in this forum. Many of you maintain that Classe and B&W are an excellent match. I have also seen a few posts elsewhere saying...

            703 and Classe 2200 any good ???
            by Iggurk
            Hello!

I'm considering upgrading my amp (Rotel RMB-1095) for the front speakers (703).

My first choice was to buy a 1090, but as in the future I've plan to upgrade to 80x I've now some hesitations for a Classe 2200 (or much better, see below).

            Does anyone...

Why don't Aragon, Bryston, Rotel, Parasound, Proceed, etc make Class G amps?
            by Ricky
Does anyone beside me wonder why just about every major amp manufacturer doesn't use Class G designs in their amps? Most amps are A/B with varying bias in pure Class A. These new Outlaw/NHT 200 watt monoblocks go from A/B to G at 80 watts. So above 80 watts, you are listening to G. If Class G sounded...

            Speaker cables for B&W 802D
            by ED K
Now that I have my B&W 802D speakers and Bryston 7BSST mono amps, The next question is speaker cables. At some point in time (when I get some $s), I want to biamp the 802Ds with another set of Bryston amps. So,,,I need some help in selecting speaker cables so that I can get the limit out of the...

            802D with Rotel 1575
            by ray5
I have been eyeing the 802D's lately for my HT, I love the looks and performance of the 802D but am concerned that when I read the forums people don't feel Rotel does them justice and recommend Macintosh or Classe. I don't consider myself an audiophile and strongly feel that I'll never spend >4000$...
