    B&W speaker matching

I recently purchased a set of used DM602 S3's. These will be the fronts for my home theatre system. I have a chance to purchase a LCR 6 S2. I would use this for the center channel. From reviewing the specs. I see very little difference between this speaker and the LCR600 S3. Does anyone have any comments on using the S2 with my fronts?
    Thank You

my impression from talkign to a dealer and listening at home is that the differences between s2 and s3 are essentially cosmetic

I have the 603 matched to the LCR600 with a carver subwoofer, bi wired. For the extra $150, it might be worth to pick up the LCR600. After they are broken in, the sound is great. I can't wait to upgrade to the 800's.

        LCR600 vs. HTM7?
        by BlazeMaster
Hi, I currently have a 600s 5.1 setup right now and been pretty happy with it so far. But I've noticed one thing about the setup when I watch movies, there seems to be alot of cabinet resonace coming from the speakers, especially the LCR600. Is there anything I can do to reduce it? I currently have...

        LCR600 S3 on a Parasound HCA-750A
        by Simplton
I recently purchased a used Rotel RB-991 to power my mains (B&W 604 S3). I had been powering those speakers with a Rotel RMB-1075. That amp also powered my center (B&W LCR600 S3) and side surrounds (B&W DM302). I had a Parasound HCA750 powering my rear surrounds. So, now that the RB-991...

Recommendation for HT receiver or separates combo for DM604/601/LCR600 set up?
        by hometheaternewb
I have the following speaker setup:

        DM604 S3 (Fronts)
        M601 S3 (Rears)
        LCR600 S3 (Centre)
        SVS PB12 ISD (Sub)

I think I cheaped out too much on the receiver (Yamaha RX-v750). The Yammie has a nice array of processing modes for HT and the auto level set...
