Looking for dealer with CMC/CM-2 Maple speakers. I was buying my speakers bit by bit and now my dealer says the line is discontinued and I still need the above 3 speakers to complete my setup. I wish B&W had announced end of life for the line. The Website even still shows them. If you happen to notice any US/Canada dealer with current CM inventory could you let me know? Thanks!

Gentlemen, my dealer just called informing me my tweeters are in. The next question is how do you replace them? Is this something anybody can do. The tweeters I'm replacing are in the discontinued CM4 and CMC.

I have a pair of B&W CM1's sitting atop a pair of CM2 SubWoofers. I got them around 1987. They have always been absolutely wonderful.
Now, however, one of them has started breaking up quite badly at any level above 80 db. It seems okay but with occasional raspiness below this level....01 March 2004, 12:23 Monday
