I have the N801 and listened to the 802D at the dealer. 802D has a deeper bass and the tweeter is a lot brighter than the N801 due to the diamond tweeter and the rochel bass. The N801 needs a lot of wattage and requires a large space with high volume to utilize the potential of the 1000 watts speaker.
