That's a pretty good deal.I installed a HTS 5100 in my system back in August and immediatly noticed an improvement in audio and video (lower noise floor,deeper blacks etc.) Your results may vary dependant on the power in your home. It also offers great protection for your gear and tells you voltage and amperage draw.
