    Schematics Of Systems

Saw this going on other places and thought it's a cool idea. Here's a simple schematic of my HT system.

What software did you use to generate that schematic? I've seen them, probably where you saw them and am tempted to create one for my system but I'm not up to drawing all those lines and boxes in Paint Shop Pro. 8O

Kevin, I used Visio from Microsoft. It took about 15 minutes to generate.

Microsoft makes Visio? I didn't know that.

I don't have Visio or anything similar, but I managed to cobble together a simple schematic of my system using Paint Shop Pro. It took me a lot longer than 15 minutes though. 8O

          All better now.

I thought MS did since it's under our Office tab on the startup menu at work.

I've noticed that some schematics are all inclusive, meaning the hipass/lowpass/bandpass are on the same plan.

            Some are separated.

Can I take a schematic that is all together and divide it up so the hipass is on one board, the bandpass is on one board and the lopass is on...

So I was lurking and came across a schematic I don't understand.

I don't know where the positive and negative terminals would go(source). Usually I would see a ground symbol(negative) and signal generator(positive). This schematic has a circle with 2 lines coming out for...

Anyone has a crossover schematic for 804S?
            by Horacio
I'm looking for the crossover schematics. Anyone has them? 804, 803 would be fine. 802 might work too.

I know I can just open my speakers and draw them, but I'm trying to avoid opening them just for this. yeap, could also say I'm lazy! :T

            Thanks!

            Hello,
