You read my mind Kenny, I planned to post on these myself in the DIY area actually. Great compromise for inability to put loud bass in your system.
This really is do it yourself, because your in effect, re-making your furniture to become a part of your theater!

I know everyone likes the Behringer line. Would the 2500 work for shakers or are there better amps for this purpose? Anyone heard of the Earthquake PA-600? http://www.earthquakesound.com/pa600.htm
