And once again, all the excess money and time spent on copy protection (which in turn is passed on to you and me as higher costs per disc) for high-def media is wasted. . . .

I really don't know why they waste their time and money on anti-piracy. Someone determined to pirate WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY! Put good movies out at fair prices and J6P wouldn't bother pirating....it's really not rocket dentistry

Copy protection didn't work in the 80s, and it certainly doesn't work now. (just read my sig). It doesn't stop piracy at all. All it does is limit what legitimate users can do with the discs they purchased.

Most of the time these schemes are cracked by geeks who want fair use of the media (such as playing them on Linux machines), not to pirate. The big-time pirates have expensive equipment that can copy the discs regardless of whatever lame "protection" scheme they have. Or they just bring a camcorder into a cinema.

Well, we're safe for now. Thank goodness we're in a bowling alley.

Technically, a jet is not a rocket as it will not operate in the absence of an atmosphere.

But I still love the F4. My favorite plane as a kid.
