    factory direct speakers

    Can anyone advise any particualr brand. Thoughts are welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Ascend Acoustics- Award-winning audiophile loudspeakers and subwoofers for home theater and music, factory-direct. Rythmik subwoofers now available.




    most of us build our own as in the mission accomplished threads- thats my recomendation too

              I'd also recommend Magnepan.

              SVS is just now starting to make speakers, but are starting with their lower-end and haven't made it to their high-end products yet.

              SVS builds speakers, subwoofers and audio accessories for music and home theater surround sound systems. Proudly engineered in Youngstown, Ohio.

                  I just checked on line. 550 for a pair. I'm intrigued. Will Rotel RSX-1055 enough to make this souind good?

                      Depends what "enough" bass is. I ran them with a woofer XO'ed at 250 AND a sub.

                      But other than the bass, therre is nothing else that will touch these at this price.

                        I don't care what the speaker is, use a subwoofer to do the low bass, not the speaker.
