Tell us a little more about how you will be using it- what kind of display, what kind of program material is your main emphasis- and audio? Is external decoding going to used, or would you benefit significantly from internal decoding with analog outputs?the AudioWorx

In the office? Like a home office? I'd think most any would suffice if it's just for background movies and such , but I'd still probably recommend something from Panasonic. Very happy with their higher end variants.- Danny- Bottom

I invested in a Panasonic a few months ago after the projector was upgraded to 4k. Quite happy with the Panasonic. Less happy with the Emotiva RMC-1 and how slow it is to negotiate the video signals and no support for HDR-10+. Hopefully they come out with a new HDMI card soon. Otherwise Arcam is looking pretty enticing.Painter in training- Bottom

by hifiguymiThis looks like a really nice basis for a small system. Put this with a pair of CM1s or CM5s and you'd be rocking.
Sounds like a pretty nice piece of gear. It should be available in November.

by Chris DQuite a thread title, I guess. Perhaps I should subtitle it, "or how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb... I mean, theater."
As the title says, I've added HDMI 1.3 audio decoding to my home theater, centered around the Parasound C1 home theater controller. As...-

by audioquesoHello Everyone!
I just moved so I picked up a Sony 32" LCD (Bravia series) to watch some movies and tv. I have been playing movies through my laptop and outputing it via the DB15 connection. I received my old Pioneer Elite DVD player last night (snail-mail), hooked it up, and realized...-
