    Denon announces a firmware fix for the chroma bug

    A CD will fix current units. New ones ship chroma free... not too shabby! The fix works on the 3800 and 9000 models. People with 2800's and 2800II are SOL. 8O

      i've already posted a message in the past days about the 1098 & DTS 96/24 decoding. Now, after many tests on diff'rent 1098 units, i can assume that there's a bug.
      If you set the back surround channel to OFF, then ANY DTS 96/24 program (even if not ES) will be decoded as DTS 96/16...
