    Need Your Help

I asked a question in my Room Transformation thread in the Spaced Out forum and would like to get the video-gods' opinions.

My Pioneer has a known red-push and we're wanting to paint the theater room walls and ceiling in a burgundy with dark burgundy fabric. Will this make the push more pronounced? If so, can I correct enough in the menu settings to compensate - and at the same time have the full, rich color palette I currently enjoy?

Please respond in the other thread as it'll make keeping track of the responses much easier. Thanks all.

I am not a video god, more of an illage vidiot, but seems to me the more red you use in decorating the room, the less red your image will seem by comparison.

Unless, of course, you are talking about reflected ambient light which ends up on the screen, in which case, I guess it might make it seem a little worse.

DIY Subwoofer...how to match Red Cherry

OK here's a challenge for you guys. I have the N803 fronts and an HTM1 center all in the older Red Cherry color. They sound wonderful and look gorgeous.

However, I want to construct my own subwoofer, wrap them in cherry veneer, and stain them. Has anybody come up with the magical...

      Red Planet

I just watched Red Planet with the wife yesterday. I was impressed. This is a better movie than people realize. It's way different than Mission to Mars. I think the only thing the two have in common is that they are on Mars. Other than that, the storylines go different ways. This made for a pleasant...
