    Nice one's for sure Bam!

Though I don't own any of Pat Metheny's work, I used to listen to his music on the smooth jazz station in Seattle. I can't believe I don't own any of his cd's as I do enjoy his talents.

I've been a fan of Simply Red for two decades now! "Holding back the years" is one of my favorite cuts. I'm glad you are digging the new music.
I'm going to have to add these to my list of 'have to buys'. 8)

Simply Red? You have GOT to have Holdin' Back The Years. Period. Great song, great music. John knows. . . . FWIW, it's on the Picture Book album.
        :yesnod:
I've got New Flame which is quite good also, but not up to the standard that Picture Book set.

Pat Metheny? Big fan here. Of all his (their) albums I've collected - Letter From Home, Still Life (Talking), Secret Story and the soundtrack to The Falcon And The Snowman, the last is the best - and that's saying a mouthful as the others are very fine music IMHO.
        :T

          Hi David!

I am glad you are a Pat fan....did I mention it is in DTS....A wicked one at that...One of my only DVD`s that I prefer the DTS OVER 2 channel (as I know you are a 2 channel man!)

Sounstage....precise and in your face...the way I love it!

Anyway...I`m gonna buy the Fleetwood Mac DVD today or tomorrow...if it is half as good as ``THE DANCE`` I `ll be happy

          Take care!

You two are starting me up again! 8)

I've been shying away from music to catch up on some movies. Looks like I'm back on my(long hrs) of vinyl again. I can't just seem to put on one album and stop. Once I get started, I'm there for a few hours easy. Now, where is that old Toto album?! :B

It's been some time since I've watched a concert DVD. But, since the demise of HD-DVD, I thought I'd better get some of the ones I've been putting off watching moved up in my Netflix queue.

Now, I'm pissed that I've waited so long. This disc is very well done! I used the Dolby Digital...

Hi-Fi Choice had a group test this month of integrated amps (£500-1700), including the RA-1062 (£595) - all in all they liked it a lot.

                  Some quotes

'Nevertheless as part of its evolution from the RA-1060, exhaustive listening tests have apparently resulted in some 60-odd...

I stumbled across a VERY good CD while shopping at BestBuy yesterday.

A really interesting song was playing and I asked what the artist and disc were. The group was Enigma and the disc was The Screen Behind The Mirror. I took a flyer on it and it was well worth it - what
