Been noticing quite a few of my recently purchased Blu Ray/CD's from Amazon are made in Mexico. Has anyone noticed any differences in sound/picture quality vs US made items (other than the poor sleeves)? Maybe just my ears...

by impala454I was looking through the blu-ray release list and found this gem. It's coming out August 4th, a date I have now circled on my calendar. Originally filmed in 4K and featuring DTS-HD MA audio, it is sure to trump any existing blu-ray reference disc.

by Chris DWell, I think we're inside a month away from Blu-Ray being released. I was just surfing at Amazon, and saw that they're having an interesting promotion, where you can get 10% off Blu-Ray for the next year. Note the wording that they use on getting "high-def" DVD's on sale for a year.... -
