Just bought a used velodyne f 1200 b it has a bad rattle in the cone. Is it possible to recone the subwoofer. Who would do something like this?

I too have an F1200 which needed to be reconed. Found a company in Houston who did it for $75.00 and it now sounds great. Check your phone book for reconning companies. Note: Some will only do an re-edge for about the same price. I prefer the recone. Also you can buy the re-edge tape and do it your self.- Bottom

Went out and bought a Velodyne DD10, cause the dealer gave me a great deal. I wanted a DD12 or a DD15 but they were beyond my price justification. Turns out...-

by TedGreetings B & W great-ones. As I have been in the process of switching my HT from Klipsch to a B & W CM7/CM-C based system, I've been wondering about also switching out my Velodyne SPL 1200 II for a B & W ASW 750.

The velodyne is 200 w RMS but has the the nice remote and the digital sound fields. The Eneregy is rated to go down as low as 19Hz compared...-

by DanInSDLong-time lurker, first time Rotel purchaser. I just purchased a used RSX-1056 and absolutely love the sound. I use it about 75% for HT and wanted to know the best speaker wiring. I currently have my sats connected to the left/right speaker output on the receiver and a Y-connector from the LFE output...-
