Hi, i like Denon with B&W :T -
Denon is feature rich and sounds pretty good generally. I would not recommend anything from bose. Rotel is reasonably priced and has reasonably good sound as well. Denon is also coming out with new models this summer with HDMI 1.3.Comment

Go with rotel .... I used to have the Rotel rsx-1056 and don't be fool by the WPC rating even though it rated at 75 WPC x5 and 100 WPC in stereo mode
But it sounds warm and clean power
anyway it's also depend on what speakers you are using it with
My speakers are Klipsch Reference 7
But now I'm running these speakers with the B&K AVR-507
