I have a B & K AVR307 which is set up to my home theater and plays my Plasma TV. I arrived at my house and went to turn it on and I get a "Preserve Err 3" on the unit and am unable to turn the unit on so no TV or stereo. If anyone knows what this means or if there is a way to fix or bypass it I would appreciate the response. Am having a SuperBowl party today and having no TV is a real problem -- please help.

I apologize for the late response. This certainly seems like a EEPROM issue.
Did you ever resolve your issue with the B&K?
If not, have you tried a factory reset, press the Sleep, Down, and Menu buttons simultaneously. The receiver will perform a complete reset and erase all programming.

I have a RC-418M remote control that I use with my DTR7.1 receiver.
It's not unusual to accidentally press the wrong keys, but this unit seems to be stuck in limbo mode. It was stuck with the display "M-09". Could not cancel out. I followed the directions to reset. Hold down ON/RESET... -
I know that you can reset the remote to factory default. But does this apply for all of the inputs at once or can it be input specific?

As I have written before I have some boring issues with my RSX-1065. Is there a way to do a total reset? Not just go into OSD and press default. A complete hardware reset.
