and no, i do not recommend the process.
i have read some technical articles recently & it seems the latest trend towards ultrasonic cleaning may be one of the most effective yet. -
I'm not a fan of the glue method , either. I just don't trust that the chemicals involved won't come back to bite the vinyl later. Silly Putty , on the other hand.....
