About two years ago, I listened to Joseph Audio bookshelfs (model #7? or 22?) and big towers (model #50?) in the same room on Bryston stereo gear. The sound was very nice. The bookshelfs sounded surprising close to the towers in most areas, and had good bass. -
Yeah, the R7si, I think it was, best of show winner. In fact, they've won best of show several times. They seem to be really good at that.
I've never heard them, but I'd expect them to be well above average for the dollar spent.
