There's been lots of talk about whether pro amps are as good as home amps with regard to fidelity on several forums, but not a lot of objective data has been posted. Are there any publications that publish measurements (THD+N vs. Power, etc) for pro amps, such as what Stereophile does for home equipment?... -
From a news release I just saw of the first receiver, (Onkyo) with the new Dolby Pro Logic IIz technology that extracts to 9.1 channels. I chased down this technology report on the Dolby website. Very interesting.
