They have a patent...but that doesn't mean much. I looked at it once and it seemed to be a little fishy. I also wonder about the placebo effect in the reviews.

It's also hard to believe that every component out there is missing out on this key performance enhancer that they are claiming. Control loop theory is a well understood field.

Possibly nothing more than a simple filter network in a sealed box.

I'd be wary as well--i patently avoid any cable or IC that contains anything like a black box--unless your amp designer did a truly crappy job, you shouldn;t have the problem that this tries to correct in the first place!
