Sure, nice cables, but when do we get to see more of the speakers?

It is possible to conect two woofer and to have 8 ohms. ! :T .........not parallel, not series.

Maybe my design is not the best in the world but it works ;I will bring the measurement it in the future and post it here.

Inspired by the design from JBL Everest DD66000 ,I was able to do something like it.

            Hey Julio,

Way to go with the speaker. Very, very nice!!! :T

Can we see them without the grills on. It looks like you have more drivers than your schematic would indicate. But, not sure with the grills on.

Glad you came back and posted your design.

            John

Edit: Okay, I had time to go check out the links you posted and I see you used a waveguide on the tweeter. Looked a midrange behind the cloth.

How to Design a Crossover from Scratch
                by 123Toid
For years, I wanted to design my own speakers, but didn't understand the intricacies that went into it. For all I knew, you bought a 2500 hz crossover from parts express, picked a woofer and tweeter that looked cool and went at it. It wasn't until i really got into DIY speaker building that I understood...

How to Learn Passive Crossover Design?
                by TheWaveCarver
What are some good sources online to learn about passive crossover design? Right when I think I'm beginning to figure it all out, I learn something new (Baffle step diffraction, driver impedance matching). I'm just beginning to understand the purpose of L-Pads and Zobels but have no idea how to calculate...

                New Dayton Drivers - 8 ohm non-shielded
                by parodielin
                Good news! OK, semi-good news...

PE has the RS 8 ohm non-shielded version AND all shielded version are on sale. I picked up four RS225s.

Are non-shielded version better than the shielded?

                Are these drop replacements?

My first attempt at passive crossover design. Comments welcomed (VituixCAD)
                by Mark HT
This is my very first attempt at a passive crossover. Drivers are Bliesma T25B and M74B with data taken from Bliesma datasheets.
I have these drivers on order and intend to cross them actively to a pair of woofers.

Any comments? I have a few months until the drivers arrive and...

Exploring Common DIY Terminology - Inductance
                by technodanvan
                Inductance

Inductance is an essential electrical property that arises in conductors and coils due to the presence of magnetic fields. It is one of the key elements in electrical circuits, along with resistance and capacitance, and plays a significant role in various electronic and electromechanical systems, including loudspeakers.

Definition and Symbol: Inductance, denoted by the symbol "L," is a measure of an electrical component's ability to store energy in
