Just a quick follow up, Asi and Greg were powering the Statements with a 35 watt amp during their listening session. If the crossover wiring, polarity and all the connections are going to the right places, then it has to be an amp setting. It should have more than enough power.

Here are my crossovers EXACTLY how I have them wired on the board
I also played with my amp settings some more, turns out because of the audyssey setup, the front speakers were set to -4.5db. I changed that and that helped alot. I changed the impedance setting to 4 ohms on the amp and that gave it a bit more juice, they definitely sound like they should now and it seems to fill the room with sound easier than my JBL's. I also check the wiring of the speakers and it all looked proper.- Bottom

Tracing crossovers isn't my greatest strength but all looks well except that there is a 3.9 uF cap missing in the woofer circuit that parallels with the 56 uF cap to create the 60 uF cap spec'ed in the crossover. I'm not sure what effect that would have but it would impact the crossover.

"ohm cap" should be "micro Farad cap" (uF). I know that's just a typo, misstatement, or slang? ... I'm just pointing that out so that some members don't get confused.John

Glad you got the fixed. It is scary how good they can sound when there are problems, and how much better they can sound when they are perfect.- Bottom

by SE-RaiderI know from various posts and tsts the advantages of flush mounting the tweeter and bass driver on the front face of the enclosure. For those without access to a router, is there anyone who makes a foam gasket material, about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick that could be used to cover the front face of the enclosure,...-

by vincebOr at least compared to my last attempt it's improved. I was about to order a working one and read some comments and some of the issues were things I had trouble with already, so why pay $$ and still have issues? Maybe this will be helpful to someone, so far I think it will take care of my circle...-
