Design Acoustic's 3way of days gone by..

Does anyone remember the three-way speaker by design acoustic ? It was a square box, about 14" square.The front had a soft dome tweeter and a four inch mid-woofer.The unique feature was a down firing 6.5" woofer. The whole speaker sat on a flat base 14"x14" with enough room for the woofer to breathe.

Now if anyone says " you don't see it around because the design stinks" I'll have already said it. Just wondering what your thoughts are.

Not only do I remember it, I swore I saw one recently, maybe ebay. Can't recall. I could also swear (I swear a lot :W ) that it had a larger woofer, maybe an 8 or a 10.
