So if I remember correctly there were many tongues wagging for the Meatballs. Well the first in The series is a simple Meatball recipe that will get you noticed!
Savoury Meatballs tossed in plum sauce topped with pinapples
Get one package of meat balls 2-3lbs
1 jar 500g of plum sauce
1 can of pineapple rings or 1 fresh pineapple
Frilled Toothpicks maybe a good idea here!
Bake your balls as instructed on the package. (Meatballs that is). When cooked remove from tray into a bowl. Pour about half the plum sauce over the meatballs and toss gently. If needed add more sauce untill they are comletely covered. Place them on your chosen platter then cut the pineapple in half inch pieces and sprinkle over top. If you have red and green sweet peppers you may also cut them in tiny bits and sprinkle them over top too. Remember to keep the plum sauce at room temp before using.

Smoked Salmon with bagel Bits
Buy your favourite sliced Smoked Salmon
A bag of savoury Bagels
One tub of cream cheese
Dill weed
Cut bagels into two to three inch bits. Pile them into the middle of a Platter. On either sides of the heap, make mounds of cream cheese from the bagels towards th edge of the platter (The Short sides) Now, roll each slice of salmon and cover the areas on the platter that's empty. Garnish with Dill weed sprigs. Don't forget the two butter spreads at service time.
