I am in need of a new AV rack. Im not looking to spend huge money on it. My equiptment consists of a Rotel 1067, 2 dvd players, a vcr and 4 amps. I would like something in black. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Check out Plateau A/V Racks. They are classic looking, affordable, and sturdy...they have many configurations and I am sure a few that will suit your needs.
If you want something nicer more furniture like Bello is always nice...Old HT guy getting back into it! -
For me, it's Salamander. Perfect furniture/racks, but you'll pay $ for it.
