Hi, Shane. I really like Leviton's products for wall plates. Modular, so you can put in telephone, audio, video, computer, etc. You can buy these at Home Depot, Lowe's, sometimes Radio Shack, and lots of electronic stores. Also I think it's online at Parts Express and places like that.
