Looking for Remote Control or Pad

I'm looking for a total system remote or pad (leaning towards pad for cool looks and better WAF). I'm looking for one that can control all my equipment (see list in my profile) and is quite easy to program. I'm also looking for one that has a nice screen with buttons on it for a particular function (macros for TV, Blu Ray, XBOX, etc). All my equipment is at one end of the HT room. However, the projector is on the other side. I think that might mean I need to look at an RF base of some kind.

I've heard and read nice things about the Logitech Harmony's as well as the Pronto's. I'm looking for people's experiences with these or any other's that fit the bill.

      htsteve, I use the Pronto TSU 9800 and just love it. It runs all my gear (18 units) has all the macro's etc. Note: it is not for programming yourself !!!...lol. Here are some images;

        Sander Question
        by dyazdani
I am trying to finish up the work on my sub cabinet. I'm getting pretty close on the Bondo stage, but I need to sand everything smooth.

What type of sander is recommended? I included two examples of my current choices.

One like this with a round pad...

        Bought my first DVD-A albums!
        by Chris D
Well, I've reached a new level of craziness. I just bought my first three DVD-A albums, but still don't own a DVD-A or SACD player. (sigh) By signing up for Silverline Records' newsletter, they sent me a free DVD-A sampler, and a Best Buy coupon. You could get $2 off Silverline DVD-A albums, up to a...

        Theoretical question on L-pad design
        by Cunundrum
I'm interested in the theory on using resistors in the traditional l-pad format vs. a single inline resistor of higher value (where applicable) resulting in the same level of driver attenuation. L-pad's seem to be largely benign with other crossover components and have little impact on sonic purity....

        L pad question
        by DeanP
        Okay,
After using my audax set up for a while, I am finding them a bit "bright".
I was wondering if installing a L-pad on the tweeter circuit would help with this? I would use a variable one like this L Pad

        Help?
