          It's a cool guide but I don't agree with all the tips. In particular, they recommend disabling the memory resident real-time component in your anti-virus scanner, and run periodic manual scans instead. I don't recommend this, as it's better to catch a virus when it tries to enter (real time) than having to clean up the mess after the fact (manual scan a week after the infection occurred).
